Matthew is an above-and-beyond service person. In his initial visit he diagnosed the problem (a leaky tub faucet) suggested parts and how to source them and even checked under the house for any additional concerns. When he returned for follow up and installation, there was an equipment failure but Matthew and his partner David made time to come back again (the same day!) and get the issue fixed. It gave me real peace of mind to know how committed the company is to taking care of their clients. I will recommend Dr. Drips and will call them again.

I was amazed at how quickly an appointment was made, then the time confirmed with me the day of the appointment. The plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient and priced very competitively. They had great, professional attitudes. Wore masks in the house and clearly explained what there were doing and proposed solutions to our issues. I will use Dr. Drips from now on for all my plumbing needs!

I can’t rate these guys high enough. I purchased an older home at the beginning of this year and started having some plumbing issues – thought the pipes just needed some maintenance and cleaning when I called the guys out. After being in a tiny crawlspace for hours they found out that the plumbing in this house was done very poorly and was just pouring sewage and waste water underneath my house due to unconnected / unglued pipes AND that the slope of the lines were running uphill. Long story short – it ended up being a HUGE project but they were up to the challenge and completed the entire job (that included an entire excavation to re-route the pipes) in one day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Both people I dealt with at Dr Drips were very professional. I had to have my tankless water heater serviced. The technician was prompt and very courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Doctor Drips saved our company today during the winter storm! We had no water coming to the building due to a burst backflow pipe. No one else in town was able to come out on such short notice and they squeezed us in within an hour of me calling and got the problem solved right away! The technicians were very kind and helpful and we are forever grateful!

Doctor Drips has excellent communication. They came on a Monday to inspect my pipe’s leaking issues and fixed it by the following Wednesday. I felt like the quote they gave was very good and the owner himself makes sure the job is done right. Highly recommend this company.

Dr. Drips was great! Mark and Jance were able to install a new water line from the street, rough in all of our fixtures, and install a water heater in a very timely manner. All around, great service!
