I cannot say enough good things about this company. They always go above and beyond what we ask, and usually when we are in a bad way. I mean, when are plumbing issues not bad news?!? The kind professionalism of all of the employees and the owner are so unexpected. We will continue to call Around the Clock for our plumbing needs.

My main sewer line was clogged. I had nasty stuff backed up in my bathtubs and needed help immediately! It was a Saturday on Labor Day weekend. After calling numerous companies, one technician stopping by, talking to two different ones and others not returning the voicemail I had to leave, I finally reached Around the Clock Plumbing! They answered on first ring, they had great customer service and they sent one technician and when he realized they needed two guys for the job, he called another that arrived right away. They fixed my clogged main sewer line and I could not have been more happy. The technicians (James and Cameron) were knowledgeable, had great attitudes, and were polite. The rate was much cheaper than two other quotes I received. So overall if I could give them a 20 star I would have!!

They were at my neighbors and I asked for advice on replacing a toilet cutoff and did Arthur Arseneau did not hesitate to give me a quote and offered some great advice on how to do if I wanted to give it try. Great folks thanks for some knowledge

Amazing!!!!!! Not only did the find and fix the leak. They also took their shoes off at the front door… Although I told them they did not have too. They respected the fact my carpet is a light color…

After closing on my house just a week earlier, my kitchen sink backed up. I was in the middle of doing many repairs and updates to the older house and that was the last thing I wanted. I called a local big name plumbing service to help. After two different visits two days in a row, I had several quotes for $10,000 in repairs for a supposed collapsed drain pipe. Not trusting this opinion, I called Around the Clock on the advise of my home inspector to come give it a shot. James quickly showed up in his mask and was extremely professional and courteous. After only 20-30 minutes or so, he had cleared the simple clog in the drain line going to the main. He even gave me some tips to save me money in the future and keep the clog from happening again. Also, the same unclogging service he performed was nearly half the price of the other guys without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary service plans. I was extremely satisfied with James and Around the Clock and will 100% be using them personally and recommending them to everyone I know.

I have had several plumbing jobs done by the owner and his crew. The work is always triple checked for thoroughness. The guys always come with the tools and parts they need on hand. I had two toilets and three faucets installed. Everything was done well and there was no mess afterwards. I just had the double kitchen sink redone and the craftsmanship was 5-star. The same job was failed by a wide margin by a different plumbing outfit which resulted in the fitting leaking on repeat occasions. I would recommend Around the Clock plumbing to anyone without hesitation. The work is good and the price is fair. Everyone on the crew is very communicative and professional during the process.

Arthur and the team at Around the Clock Plumbing have our business FOR LIFE! They are prompt, honest, affordable, and experts in their field; also good people, to top it off. We had recurring blockages in our main line that we finally decided to address, and after (mistakenly) calling another major plumbing company in town, we were out $500, main line blockage still not cleared, and being told that it was PROBABLY still the old iron main line which was causing the blockage and we should just replace it with PVC, for which they quoted us $8K-$15K. Needless to say, we were not thrilled and not about to commit to thousands of dollars of repairs on a “maybe that’s the problem” solution. Then we called Around the Clock. They arrived the same day, informed us they would not charge us for the main line clean out unless they could actually remove the blockage (what a concept!), and then proceeded to fix it within less than an hour – something the prior company could not do over two separate visits despite charging us hundreds of dollars to do so. They were also able to tell just by the “feel” of the pipes while snaking it that our main line was already PVC and not the old iron as the prior company had tried to suggest along with a $15K price tag. Because they were able to clear the blockage, the team at Around the Clock was able to determine the root of the problem (pun intended), and worked quickly, efficiently, and affordably to get it corrected. They even coordinated and worked with the City of Huntsville on our behalf, as some of the plumbing needs fell under the street in front of our home. Had some water lines moved so a new vanity could be installed. My friend recommended James with Around the Clock Plumbing. James came out as scheduled, did a great job, cleaned up the space, and made sure I saw the finished job and was happy. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will request him for future needs. Also very happy with the service I received from Andrea in the office who helped me schedule the appointment. She is courteous, efficient and responsive. A very good experience! Thank you!

They are awesome all the way around. From the ladies answering phones to the plumbers who came to my house. They are very professional and quick response time. Will recommend to anyone

You get what you pay for! On time response, excellent work and warranty! Accurate estimates without any pushy sales pitches. After the first job I had them come back out for two more projects in quick succession. Surprised that they were able to handle such a wide range of inside and outside work. From kitchen sinks to crawl space sump pump.

It’s a good business. The girls on dispatch are nice as can be and the plumber is honest. All trades are bad about rip offs but this is one of few that is still trustworthy.

We called AtCP today to come out for a water leak. Tanisha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so nice on the phone and had a plumber out faster than I could have imagined. Mark showed up within 15 minutes and pinpointed the leak almost immediately. He was professional and genuinely a nice person. Our water was up and running again in no time. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially for a weekend call. While I hope we don’t need a plumber again, if we do we will definitely be calling Around the Clock again. Thank you so much for helping us out. We truly appreciate it.

We suffered with low water pressure and minimal water usage (could not use ANY two water sources at once i.e. shower and sink) due to old outdated and leaky pipes AND we had an impossible to locate regulator. James came right away (11/9/20) and did the COMPLETE job of replacing the pipes and putting in a brand new regulator . We live on 2 acres and he had to run the pipe the length of at least one of them. A huge job but he did it in one day and WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I will definitely recommend this company.
