Great work and honest. Everyone wanted to to replace my unit because it would cost alot of money and they wouldn’t listen to what the problem was Christian listen to me and had it fixed in no time and saved me lots of money. Thanks for doing a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I highly recommend this company if you ever need any plumbing work done. Their customer service is second to none and you cannot put a price tag on that. We had our main sewer line replaced last year by another company and it turns out the work wasn’t done right, but we didn’t know any better. We started having the same issues a couple weeks ago and when I called that company they wouldn’t answer the phone or return our calls when I left messages. So we called Martin Plumbing just by chance because I saw they were local here in Smyrna. Jessica the receptionist was extremely nice and caring about our situation. Within an hour Christian, the owner was at our house. To make a long story short, the other company was very rude when I finally did talk to them and refused to honor the warranty we had on their work. Christian and his guys came out and re-did the sewer line and did it correctly am for much less than what we originally paid. It was a terrible experience having to have our yard dug up again, but Martin Plumbing made me feel like I was their number one customer even though I know they were really busy. Jessica was extremely nice and helpful every time I had a question and always called me back quickly if I had to leave a message. They genuinely cared about the situation we were dealing with and wanted to help us to fix it correctly. Thank you guys so much!

This company has been nothing short of phenomenal. They treat you like family by quoting the lowest price possible, doing the work correctly, and getting it done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again if another issue arises. Thanks guys!

This company is amazing. Cody was very professional and efficient during work at my home.

I needed work done for my elderly grandmother and needed it done quickly. A bathroom remodel and an inground swimming pool filled in. I explained the time crunch I was under and could not be more pleased with the fast response Martin’s Plumbing provided! Was impressed with not only the quality of work, but the care and attention to detail. Remodeling for a handicap bathroom was completely new to me, but I did not have to worry about a thing! Thankful for this crew taking care of everything for my family!

Martins Plumbing just left my house at 8pm. It’s a Thursday night, after hours, called them and within the hour they were at my house. They diagnosed my sewer issue and had it fixed within a half hour! Thank you, thank you!!! Now my family is back to being able to flush our toilets!

Christian and his company replaced my HVAC unit quickly after quoting me a price that was much better than their competitors. They were professional, punctual, and friendly. They made sure that all of our questions were answered and that the unit not only worked correctly, but also that the area they worked in was clean when they left. I cannot recommend them enough!

Water Pressure issue. Found problem with the water pressure being with the water softner. . Repaired the problem. Removed and hauled away. Christian was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

I have used Martin plumbing several times and have been happy and satisfied with all of their work. They had to do extensive plumbing repair at our home and did a wonderful job trying to make it as painless as possible. Everyone I have dealt with has been super as well!!
