I called about 7:00 AM. They said they’d be there at 8:30. Actually came about 15 minutes early. Toilets weren’t flushing properly. Mark knew what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. He fixed both toilets giving me a discount on the second. He tested everything thoroughly and made sure I had the opportunity to assess what he’d done. Based on my experience I’d highly recommend.

The first service they provided was to install a new water line from the water main to my home. They did such a wonderful job. This time I needed a new outside faucet for my garden hose. I can’t say enough good things about them to do them justice. They are very professional and clearly know what they are doing. Plumbing is not cheap but I find their prices to be very fair. They are the only plumbers I will use and I trust them completely.

SO professional!! We had the best experience with this company. Our technician, Mark F., came at exactly 10am (our window was 10am-12pm). We did not have to wait around all day for him to get to our house. He was so personable, professional, and I felt very trustworthy to quote me honestly for the work to be done. I WOULD 10/10 RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

This company is consistently on point. I’m a contractor and use them occasionally. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They responded same day to a main drain backup and had everything resolved, including a thorough diagnosis of what caused the backup. Don’t waste time searching for another drain company. Highly recommended!!!

The tankless water heater in our new house suddenly stopped working so I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very nice and had a tech out to us shortly after I called. He was great – solved the problem quickly (filter issue). This is who we are going to use from now on for any water heater or plumbing issues.

This company sent technicians who were both highly competent, extremely professional and very calming when assessing a ruptured sewer pipe due to a city drain back-up, which caused a pressure buildup, and subsequently ruptured the main drain pipe in my house. They went out of their way to schedule a service call as quickly as possible and were onsite within 30 minutes of my frantic call. They checked the entire line for any blockages and weaknesses and installed new pipe and found and marked a drain clean-out access point in my yard for better access in case of potential future issues. Fair pricing and fast resolution. Couldn’t be happier.

They were on time to the point no scare tactics and very professional I had a main line stop up they cleared it up in less than an hour Mr. ROOTER was the least expensive of the 4 estimates that I had received. After the other 3 estimates I was ready to give up. But I found Mr ROOTER and he solved my problem at a price I could afford being a senior citizen he also took more money off the original bill too! Can you imagine that I could hardly believe it what a God sent thank you Mark and Z and yes I would recommend Mr. ROOTER to any of my friends and anyone needing a professional job done for a very reasonable price .

Mark and Z were amazing. They were personable and professional while performing the requested work. Both showed a high level of customer service and took the time to explain what my options were and how they were going to go about addressing the issue. We had multiple plumbers out and would not address the issue. Dozun (not sure of spelling) had our issue fixed within an hour. He explained what was causing the issue and how to prevent the issue in the future. I kept his card for future use as he was great to work with. I highly recommend.

Super efficient and professional! They were able to come within a few hours of our call for a diagnostic visit and fixed our hot water heater the next day. Would definitely use again. Mark was so nice and helpful!

I cant go into enough detail how incredible these guys are. We have had many issues with plumbing in an old home and these guys never cease to amaze. Kind, professional, empathetic, down to earth, and knowledgable plumbers! They wont take advantage of you and will give it to you straight with the issue. Sandro has come out a couple times and now I feel like were close friends haha, but seriously, they’re nicest people! I would give them more stars if I could!!!

Sandro and Mark were fantastic. Sandro had to come back the next day when he discovered our sixty-year-plus pipe had cracked. Him and Mark worked efficiently and repaired the clog AND the pipe. No more leaks! They were very respectful of our home and wore masks and shoe covers inside and took them off outside. They were on time and very personable and professional. We actually had another un-named company (insert smiley face here wink wink) come quote us DOUBLE to do the same job. I’m so glad I went with Mr Rooter and will be using them for all the plumbing needs for our 1960’s fixer upper!

We just had a minor issue with a toilet, and it was fixed same day. The customer service when calling to book an appointment was expedient and professional (even for our non-urgent issue). Our technician Drazan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Quick and professional. We will be sure to keep Mr.Rooter on our vendor list as our preferred plumbing vendor. Mr.Rooter is the type of organization that is a pleasure to do business with—something you don’t find often these days. Kudos all around to the Mr.Rooter team.

On Memorial Day, my sewer line backed up and starting overflow my guest bathroom toilet and tub. It was a nightmare. Within 2 hours of calling Mr. Rooter, they were onsite and assessing the issue. They fixed the clogged sewer line very quickly and at a competitive price. They turned a really smelly situation into something that was handled fast and quickly. It was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone who has these issues plus others. I am grateful for their help and the smarts of the resource that was onsite.
