Hoffman, (Ray) and his trainee, were excellent! We had a time crunch getting some important repairs done prior to an inspection to sell our home and they absolutely did everything they could to make it happen in a timely manner. We felt a little uneasy about Hoffman before their visit. Would definitely recommend after. Superheroes don’t always wear capes. Thanks for your incredible service.

Everything was great! Will absolutely use them again in the future. Donald did a great job of walking me through everything he needed to do, and explicitly listed out everything that would be charged before service started. Upon completion, I had hot water again and he did a great job of cleaning up the work site and arranging the city mandated inspection of his work, and made it easy for me.

Dallas was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. I felt he was truly looking at what was best for me and not trying to oversell anything.

Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of the process and materials for all the repairs. I was given a detail write up and prices for each option. He always provided step by step information of the process and explained with great detail. If he had to change his strategy I was advised. When I had questions he was very attentive to answering the question to make sure I understood. The repairs were very tedious and he took his time and did not rush. Ray did a thorough walk through after he finished. I was advised of rebates and warranties. Ray cleaned up after the work was complete. Ray is an excellent worker. I could tell he love his job because he took pride in the work he did. Ray is an amazing person. I’m very happy that he did the repairs in my home. Thank You Ray. We’ve used Hoffman Brothers Plumbing a few times now and have been very satisfied with their work each time. John came out today to repair a leak from our bathtub and he was helpful, very communicative, full of valuable information and completed the job in a professional, timely manner. Highly recommend Hoffman Brothers; their office staff is also always very friendly, informative and responsive.

I’m grateful Hoffmann Brothers were able to help me with my sewer lateral problems while under an extreme time crunch to sell my home. In addition, Shannon/Sean (the office staff) were amazing in getting things/permits scheduled. Definitely more expensive then the other companies I looked into, but because Dave Glover trusted them to do live endorsements, as well as Hoffmann Bros working within my extreme timeframe, it was a no-brainer choosing this company. I’m very grateful.

Hoffmann Brothers gave great service. Yes, there was an extra charge, because it was an emergency situation on a weekend. But, the person who took my call (Katie) was very specific about the charges and gave me all the details up-front. And, as promised, Nick arrived later that same day and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Hoffman Brothers again.

Tom did a wonderful job installing our faucet, disposal and reworking draining connections for our newly installed kitchen sink. He thoroughly tested all connections, we are extremely pleased with Tom’s work. I wanted one new outside faucet for safety and another for convenience. Larry gave the estimate. He thought a lot about the best way to install the two faucets. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process for me. When I decided to have the work done the technician was Nathan. He concurred for the most part with Larry’s plan but was worried I wouldn’t be strong enough to operate the hydrant. Instead he ran the new pipe through the garage to the outside and installed a regular on/off handle. Since he didn’t have to do any digging he was able to charge less. I enjoyed working with both Larry and Nathan.

Tom was very Professional and considerate as well as personable. We asked about other things that we would like to have done and he gave thorough detail and estimates to us. We would highly recommend him now and will ask for him when we have other work done here

These guys are amazing! From time we called to end of job very professional! They put new grinder pump in took all day and came back next day cleaned up! They did amazing job! And cleaned up everything! We highly recommend these guys!

We were VERY pleased with the work Ray completed for us. He explained every step, answered all questions, was prompt and professional and very pleasant. Ray worked on two separate days, completing everything in a timely manner; he was conscientious and respectful and obviously well trained. Ray was very professional. He introduced himself and explained the whole process before he even started. He was very thorough – double and triple checking that everything worked before he left. He was also very upfront and honest, letting me know that the repair may not last long, and I should consider replacing the hot water heater. He gave me a bid to consider before he left. He did an outstanding job!

Ray Arriola from Hoffmann Brothers is friendly, skilled and so knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I have never had someone in here that was so thorough in getting the job done correctly as well as great at explaining what he was going to do and why. It was also refreshing to hear him be so proud and honored to work for Hoffmann Brothers and to speak so highly of their company work ethic of using quality products with excellent service. I felt the work took much longer than I anticipated but then discovered several things Ray fixed or corrected that he did not specifically charge me for. He even shored up a broken shelf with extra 2by4’s he had in his truck to prevent the shelf from falling on our main water shutoff, which prevented what could have been a disaster. We will definitely be using Hoffman Brothers for our future plumbing needs!

Nick did a great job and a true asset to the Hoffman team! Everything was expertly installed, old equipment removed, and area was cleaned up! The whole process from the initial call to the installation was handled in a friendly and professional manner. I felt that I was an important customer to them and they made sure they addressed all of my concerns. We’re very happy with the Hoffman Bros and will look to them first the next time we have a need that falls in their category of services. Highly recommend ! 🙂

Oh my Lord. I can’t even begin to tell you. Jamie was absolutely wonderful. Apparently knows what hes doing. My parents are old. He made them feel at ease. Which is hard to do trust me I’m their son. After my experience today I would recommend Hoffman to everyone and I would request Jamie. I was forgot he went above and beyond tightening up the packing nuts On some of the valves that were giving us problems

Hoffman Brothers was able to send a technician out the same day I called. Our tech, Jamie was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to address our issues. I definitely will recommend Hoffman Brothers and Jamie to others.

Dustin arrived promptly & was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and provided quotes for several options of repair and/or replacement. Even when he hit a snag or two with the materials he remained calm and deliberate throughout his 6+ hours repairing and replacing parts on several toilets. We’ll ask for his assistance whenever we call Hoffman Bros in the future!

Tom was everything you’d want in a technician: knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, careful, with attention to detail galore. I was so pleased with his work that I immediately signed up for Hoffman Brothers’ home protection plan. Highly recommend.
