Wonderful service today after another (to be un-named) drain unblocking company wasn’t able to unblock the drain. Called Roto Rooter for the 4th time in 15 years today. Johannes and Lulamile were onsite within a few hours and worked on our ridiculously long drain till it was cleared. They then inspected the drain with their camera, gave me a condition report on the 60+ year old clay pipes and let me know where some previous muppet had covered up an inspection port. Prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. Really couldn’t ask for more.

I found the Roto Rooter team to be over and above exemplary. I called them in after my normal (and usually good) plumber had given up. Malcolm was able to offer good and reassuring advice over the telephone and his team arrived within 15 minutes of my call. The job turned out to be a massive one and had to be done over two days. Johannes and his partner the first day, and Johannes and Enoch the second day were beyond praise! Over and above expectations is not putting it strongly enough. Trust me when I say it was a filthy (understatement!) job and it was tackled vigorously and very thoroughly, with a professional and polite manner the whole way through. If you have a drain blockage this team has no equal!
