Aaron and the team at Jewell Mechanical have been amazing to work with on our property. They are very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC and plumbing services!

We have been using Jewell since October 2020. They are so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We will not use anyone else! Brent has been our go-to guy until recently. We now have added Aaron & Scotty to our helpful team! All 3 are awesome!

Jewell Mechanical was prompt in responding to my online request after a holiday weekend. I was contacted roughly an hour before my 2-hour appointment window and asked if the technician could come earlier than scheduled. During the appointment, my technician was transparent and very thorough in his explanation of services. I would have no problem recommending Jewell in the future.

All we can say is AWESOME! Jewell replaced our air conditioner and did amazing work. Derrick Dunlap did a great job and was very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Brandon was great in getting my appointment scheduled, following up to let me know when someone was on the way and making sure that I was satisfied after the fact. Scott was very professional in his installation and communication regarding his work. He worked quickly and cleaned up completely before he left. I can’t say enough great things about both of them. I will definitely use this company again after 2 great experiences.

Hunter and Justin were fantastic. They were very professional and were willing to help our hvac needs for our business get back to work. We have many unconventional systems with which they went above and beyond to tend to. Thanks!

Tim came for our spring HVAC check and found that we were low on freon. Added some and checked everything else. Due to his professionalism we most likely save our system being down and a service call.

Aaron and Tim did a fine job repairing my air conditioner. I was impressed how they vacuumed a space under the attic meticulously once they were done. Two thumbs up.

I have their maintenance plan and it’s great! I had a 30yr old HVAC that only needed minor fixes since they checked it twice a year, but that’s quite old and so I got to a point where I just wanted to replace it. They had great pricing and options and I love the new system. When I’ve had an urgent “no heat/air” issue, they were able to come out same day. I like calling and immediately getting to talk to someone vs. an automatic answer “press 1” type thing. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Jewell Mechanical! I called them after being referred by a colleague at work. I had another HVAC company lie to me about the type of unit that I have (in order to sell a new one) and they were not honest about the true nature of the problem. I was told I needed a new unit which would cost over $7400. Josh and his team diagnosed the issue (my existing unit needed to be raised up so the drain line was no longer level) and completed the repairs in a very professional manner. They were honest and transparent, and their cleanup was impeccable. Word of mouth means everything when it comes to home repairs, and I plan to use Jewell Mechanical whenever I need service!

Today Jewell Mechanical’s HVAC Tech, Tim, changed my home from a sauna into a comfortable living space again. Admittedly, I waited a few days for my appointment to arrive. But it was well worth the wait. The service was exceptional in every way and the value was fantastic! This wasn’t my first experience with Jewell. They installed a ductless system in my shop a few years back. Same story with that install. They are, and will continue to be, my Go To company for all things HVAC and plumbing. Special shout out to Tim for today’s job well done. He went above and beyond.

My wife and I have been with Jewell Mechanical for years now. Both our heating and cooling system as well as our plumbing at our home. We have had a problem with our plumbing recently and called them. I really wanted to write a review today because Scott W. came over today to resolve the issue. Scott W. was definitely knowledgeable and very professional. He knew exactly what to look for and fix the problem in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good about him and about Jewell Mechanical. I have been a residential contract client of Jewell Mechanical for years and I especially like how quickly they respond when I need unexpected service. Their last visit was my request for a seasonal check-up for my HVAC system as we transition from winter to summer. Tim was the tech who made the call and he really impressed me with his know-how and his proactive approach to identifying potential issues and recommending how to head them off before they become a problem down the road. This confirmed once again that I made a wise choice when Jewell Mechanical became my go-to partner for home maintenance.

Austin did an amazing job! Came out in the snow to make sure our heat was fixed so we didn’t freeze. Highly recommend. 10/10 service.

Had a new Mitsubishi floor unit installed last week in a sunroom; wanted to trial through the various temps over the weekend before writing review. Installation support from Nathan and Jin were exceptional. Unit is working as prescribed from Josh. Will update if needed. Thank for the good service.

I believe it’s very important to give positive feedback when a great service is provided. One of my early on careers was in HVAC. So a few days ago I decided to do my own maintenance on one of my units at my office. I had no issues getting the unit apart and clean but then when it was time to reassemble let’s just say I may of had a few Choice words for myself. I called Jewell & the very pleasant Nickie answered & got me on the books immediately. She notified me the tech would call when on his way. Hunter called letting me know he was on his way. Showed up on time he was very polite, professional, stayed on task & completed the job in a timely manner. Big shout out to the entire team at Jewell Mechanic.

Replaced old A/C unit that went out the very next day fast and efficiently. Also traced and repaired a leaky pipe without damaging any walls. I have used Jewell many times in the past and they never fail to impress.
