Blake was our repairman. Very cordial well mannered young man. Went into crawl space under home, found leaking copper pipe. Explained issue and provided quote. Significantly lower than the competitions price. We agreed to price and leak was repaired in less than 2 hours. Way to go Blake and way to go FROG!! I’ve used Frog for many of my electrical needs. A swap from fluorescent to can lights in my kitchen, a new line ran for a garbage disposal, and a ceiling box install for a ceiling fan. I’ve been lucky enough to have Butch out to do all of this work. He’s always on time, friendly, communicative, and professional. The service and quoting process are easy and the office management is just as professional as their techs. They’ll always be the first company i contact for future electrical work.

This was my first experience with this company. Quite pleased. I was given 3 options and I chose which direction to go with an outlet issue. . Suggestions were made. Their knowledge was evident and I would not hesitate to use them again. I even did a couple things after listening to them that was a huge improvement. Josh was so nice and very professional. He had my work done in 2 days only because ran out of time the first day. Had to get a part from Murfreesboro. Frog was incredibly helpful from the beginning. Other companies quoted me appointments in 1-2 weeks. Frog sent Curtis out to help the next day and he knew the solution as soon as I described the symptoms of the problem. Got us up and running within an hour of arrival. Definitely will use them again!

Josh is the name of the rep who came to my house to perform the repairs to my electrical wiring on the outside of my house. Josh was super nice, very professional and right on time. Josh called to give an ETA for his arrival within the appointment time frame. Upon arrival, Josh was professional and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. After the service, he went over his findings and gave excellent recommendations. He also provided a quote for repairs, but did not hard sell anything. All in all, I was very impressed by my interaction and would use this company again.

This is the second time that Todd has helped us with a plumbing issues and he’s been quick, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly both times. He found and fixed our leak in under an hour. Highly recommend Todd for any plumbing issues. If I were Todd’s employer I would do anything I could to keep him around, including giving him a well deserved raise!
