I called Carter Services because my washing machine had stopped working properly. The technician, Sergio, came out and was very friendly and honest. After some time examining the machine, he determined what was needed to repair it, and it would cost a minimum of $350. He was very forthright that even with those repairs, he could discover something else that needed fixing, and he agreed with me that replacement of the machine made more sense. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and th professionalism of Sergio.

My technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on my appliance. They have a great quality of service and they are not dishonest. My only concern is their pricing, it has gone up considerably and it’s a shame if I would have to go else where. Carter’s has a great reputation in the South Bay and we need companies to continue in this manner of honesty and integrity. But, to see their pricing go up, makes it hard for those of us who do enjoy their services to stay on. My mom has now since passed, but she had been using Carter’s since the 80’s that’s how I was introduced.

Sergio was on time, professional, friendly and found the issue quickly and got it replaced. I’m happy with the service quality.

Professional and so helpful, Carlos replaced the light-switch and also the high ceiling bulbs. He gave me advice on what type of bulbs I should be using on a different unit- that kept expiring early.. Really nice guy.

Carters is a great service Co. Jesse fixed our dryer and was very helpful with questions he answered very professional!! We will request him always.

Kent has been our technician for our sub zero for 20 years. Carter’s is always reliable and courteous. They are very neat and never leave a mess. If you invest in good appliances it helps to have them serviced once a year.

Jesse repaired our gas dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement parts on his truck, and made the repair in a short amount of time. We will absolutely use Carter Services again and will be sure to request Jesse for appliance repair. So glad to have a working dryer again!

Roger was great!!! He called to let me know he was on his way. When he finished preparing the water leak from the spout, he ran the water and turned it off to show me there was no more leaky water. I was very satisfied.

Very professional plumbing, from start to finish. The water pressure gauge and feed were replaced. The technician clearly explained both the work and the results. Work was completed timely… couldn’t ask for a more efficient service call. I called for a separate set of repairs a couple of weeks later. New plumber, same professionalism, especially when explaining options. Everything was repaired efficiently and at a very fair price. When I remodel my kitchen, Carter will be the duck for both plumbing and electrical.

I had a few electrical outlet and lighting issues and they were able to troubleshoot it and fixed it promptly. Highly recommend Carlos.

Fantastic service as always from Carter Services. The subzero refrigerator conked out while we were away and I came home to a warm box. Kent came by same day, repaired it efficiently and cleaned all the innards. He stayed to be sure it was working and now it’s cooling and sounds great! We have used Carter for many years and have been 100% happy. Great people, reasonable prices. Outstanding service.

Jake is extremely well qualified and efficiently developed a quality plan for installing a 240 Volt outlet for our electric clothes dryer in our new home, which only had a gas connection. . The mistake I made was not discussing the estimated cost, which because of high copper wire prices totaled enough for us to buy a brand new gas dryer. Therefore, we decided not to go ahead with this installation and instead buy a new gas dryer. We were very impressed with the way Jake and the Carter office staff responded. They were very understanding and considerate , and only charged their standard $89 charge for a service call. Wanting to be fair to these wonderful people who truly live Carter’s customer first values, I insisted on paying a little bit more. And they earned a customer for life.
