I needed emergency plumbing repair and i called 6 different places. These guys were ready faster then all the others and they could also guarantee work would get done today. After I talked to someone on the phone I got a call from a technition 20 minutes later. Work was complete quickly and efficiently. I will be useing these guys again for sure!

I just had some plumbing work done and was very happy with the service, price, and work done by Mike and the rest of the crew. They responded to my emergency late on a Friday afternoon when no other company would answer their phones. They were honest about the scope of the work and didn’t charge me extra when it became more complicated than they thought. The work they did was all outside and they cleaned up so well, I could hardly tell they had been there. They even sprayed off my driveway! I signed up for the “Club” and will continue to use them for plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our downstairs unit wasn’t blowing and we needed it figured out. I called to schedule an appointment and they came quickly. Nathan came out and made sure our two systems were thoroughly cleaned and checked out. He was able to get our units working better than before in just a short time. We have been very happy with their service and responsiveness… a HUGE thank you for keeping our kids cool!!

As usual, Busy Bee sent out a very well qualified young man to maintain our A/C system. He found that we had one problem part which could be replaced right now – no ordering parts or delays. In a few minutes the A/C was humming along and I was a cool, happy client. My thanks go out to Busy Bee for making this service both easy and smart. If we keep up with minor fixes, we will have no big ticket surprises.

Chance arrived as promised, after calling me to let me know he had been delayed a little, did a thorough and professional job, was friendly and courteous, and as he was leaving, gave me some advice on running my AC to ‘circulate the coolant and help increase efficiency of the system.

We had concerns about a gas leak with one of our gas items, fireplace, stove, hot water tank & dryer. Busy Bee came right out, checked everything and rerouted the gas fireplace pipe. The city came back out to test and gave us the all clear. I cannot stress how completely satisfied we are with the service and price they provided. Just awesome!!!!

The service technicians were excellent. They were professional, friendly and caring. They answered any questions that I asked with understanding and patience.
