Adam found the cause of the leak under my kitchen sink. He took care of it quickly and tested it several times to make sure I would not have any future problems. He pointed out helpful tips and also showed me certain things to keep an eye on going forward. Quentin showed up an hour before I expected him which is unheard of today and it sure helped out my day. He was very professional and completely understood what I needed to have done, which was relocating an existing drain pipe for a laundry room deep sink. Not only did he do an excellent job (I’m a very particular person) but he checked out all the rest of my plumbing lines under my house to make sure everything was ok. Joe was my technician today. He did an excellent job finding and fixing the problem that we had with our tub and also the shower faucet. He was friendly and every knowledgeable. Joe explain what was wrong and how he fixed everything. He even explained the benefits of being a member of Ben Franklin Society and signed us up today. Ben Franklin stands behind their work with an excellent warranty, they are on time and an excellent company to so business with.
