Matthew is an above-and-beyond service person. In his initial visit he diagnosed the problem (a leaky tub faucet) suggested parts and how to source them and even checked under the house for any additional concerns. When he returned for follow up and installation, there was an equipment failure but Matthew and his partner David made time to come back again (the same day!) and get the issue fixed. It gave me real peace of mind to know how committed the company is to taking care of their clients. I will recommend Dr. Drips and will call them again.
