Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of the process and materials for all the repairs. I was given a detail write up and prices for each option. He always provided step by step information of the process and explained with great detail. If he had to change his strategy I was advised. When I had questions he was very attentive to answering the question to make sure I understood. The repairs were very tedious and he took his time and did not rush. Ray did a thorough walk through after he finished. I was advised of rebates and warranties. Ray cleaned up after the work was complete. Ray is an excellent worker. I could tell he love his job because he took pride in the work he did. Ray is an amazing person. I’m very happy that he did the repairs in my home. Thank You Ray.
