First let me say, I would absolutely hire these guys again. I don't believe in leaving sensational reviews or anything but I do certainly feel like Ward and Sons deserves my 5 star review. I hired them in January of 2020 to do a rather large job, repiping my entire cast iron drain line. After receiving their bid (which was a fraction of what the next best guy was going to charge me) I hired them. However there was some miscommunication regarding the exact details of the job. I talked with the lead plumber and he graciously agreed to preform the work exactly as I had originally envisioned it and at the originally agreed upon price. While on the job they went above and beyond what was expected of them several times. At the end, I was charged exactly the agreed upon price in their bid even though in my mind they could easily have added on extra fees for services that could have been considered outside of their scope of work. These guys have more than earned my future business. As a side note, the lead plumber on my project was a young guy named Levi. I believe Levi did an exceptionally good job navigating the tough issues this particular job presented. When he eventually did run into an issue he had a hard time with, he sought out the advice of an additional experienced plumber rather than just doing the job his own way. This, to me, shows great humility and willingness to learn and leave the customer with a job that's done correctly the first time. Jack Ward and Sons is lucky to have him.
