I have their maintenance plan and it's great! I had a 30yr old HVAC that only needed minor fixes since they checked it twice a year, but that's quite old and so I got to a point where I just wanted to replace it. They had great pricing and options and I love the new system. When I've had an urgent "no heat/air" issue, they were able to come out same day. I like calling and immediately getting to talk to someone vs. an automatic answer "press 1" type thing. Highly recommend.
