Another win for Roto Rooter! I have always had good luck with RotoRooter and today they surprised me. Last time I had a problem the technician sold me a bottle of Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield for slow drains and it really works; occasionally takes 2 applications but it clears my slow drains in sinks, tubs, etc. and has saved me more than one service call. I was almost out so I sent the San Jose office an email - how can I buy more? (Not on Amazon or locally) I got a call this evening that the technician was on her way to bring it to me! No service fee, just the cost of a gallon of product. I am impressed.
