My technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on my appliance. They have a great quality of service and they are not dishonest. My only concern is their pricing, it has gone up considerably and it’s a shame if I would have to go else where. Carter’s has a great reputation in the South Bay and we need companies to continue in this manner of honesty and integrity. But, to see their pricing go up, makes it hard for those of us who do enjoy their services to stay on. My mom has now since passed, but she had been using Carter’s since the 80’s that’s how I was introduced.
