I called about 7:00 AM. They said they'd be there at 8:30. Actually came about 15 minutes early. Toilets weren't flushing properly. Mark knew what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. He fixed both toilets giving me a discount on the second. He tested everything thoroughly and made sure I had the opportunity to assess what he'd done. Based on my experience I'd highly recommend.
