Early yesterday afternoon, I realized that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called Maynard, expecting that they'd tell me someone would come out today. But they promised to have someone here yesterday. And they delivered: Caleb arrived shortly after 5PM, and before I knew it he had it figured out and fixed. Reasonable price, professional service, and getting it done on the same day is the trifecta of good customer care.
