We had some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Auturo showed up in less than 60 mins after I placed the request. Polite, professional. Quite literally was "running" up my stairs to save time and prevent me paying for additional time. Went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. Put a new o-ring on my toilet. Caulked it. Cleaned my bathroom to the point where I was confused if I had called a plumbing company or a housecleaning company. Was dumbfounded that this type of service was still available here in the good old USA. Roto-Rooter is the company we all know...but it is becuase it hires employees like Auturo Coronado. Give this man a raise. He represents you folks very well. All in all, a simply wonderful experience!
