Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an "everything's wrong" mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.
Jewell Mechanical was prompt in responding to my online request after a holiday weekend. I was contacted roughly an hour before my 2-hour appointment window and asked if the technician could come earlier than scheduled. During the appointment, my technician was transparent and very thorough in his explanation of services. I would have no problem recommending Jewell in the future.
