Hoffmann Brothers gave great service. Yes, there was an extra charge, because it was an emergency situation on a weekend. But, the person who took my call (Katie) was very specific about the charges and gave me all the details up-front. And, as promised, Nick arrived later that same day and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Hoffman Brothers again.
