I found the Roto Rooter team to be over and above exemplary. I called them in after my normal (and usually good) plumber had given up. Malcolm was able to offer good and reassuring advice over the telephone and his team arrived within 15 minutes of my call. The job turned out to be a massive one and had to be done over two days. Johannes and his partner the first day, and Johannes and Enoch the second day were beyond praise! Over and above expectations is not putting it strongly enough. Trust me when I say it was a filthy (understatement!) job and it was tackled vigorously and very thoroughly, with a professional and polite manner the whole way through. If you have a drain blockage this team has no equal!
