Was very satisfied with this service . I called and scheduled a same day appointment. The service tech Trevor came exactly in time I was told , no waiting. He is very young but very professional and friendly. He solved the problem, explained everything and advised me how to prevent to have similar problems in the future. I purchased their product for preventive care but he was out of the product, so he came back the same evening, 35-40 minutes later with the Pipe shield treatment. Very professional and friendly service, highly recommended.
