My A/C stopped working, and I called Morton and was given a time 4 days away. It's getting pretty hot, they must be busy. They called a short while after and had an unexpected opening, and two great technicians, Tim and Sim, showed up within an hour and had the cold air blowing in about another. Great experience, and I'll definitely be back in the future.
This company sent technicians who were both highly competent, extremely professional and very calming when assessing a ruptured sewer pipe due to a city drain back-up, which caused a pressure buildup, and subsequently ruptured the main drain pipe in my house. They went out of their way to schedule a service call as quickly as possible and were onsite within 30 minutes of my frantic call. They checked the entire line for any blockages and weaknesses and installed new pipe and found and marked a drain clean-out access point in my yard for better access in case of potential future issues. Fair pricing and fast resolution. Couldn’t be happier.
