Oh my Lord. I can't even begin to tell you. Jamie was absolutely wonderful. Apparently knows what hes doing. My parents are old. He made them feel at ease. Which is hard to do trust me I'm their son. After my experience today I would recommend Hoffman to everyone and I would request Jamie. I was forgot he went above and beyond tightening up the packing nuts On some of the valves that were giving us problems
