Katrina was the tech & she was very knowledgeable & courteous. Used shoe covers when she came inside & always explained what she was doing in layman's terms. Was competent & didn't try to use technical terms to make me feel stupid. Was modest in her upselling and did not pressure me nor try to embarrass me into buying something else. Overall great experience.
