We just had a minor issue with a toilet, and it was fixed same day. The customer service when calling to book an appointment was expedient and professional (even for our non-urgent issue). Our technician Drazan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Quick and professional. We will be sure to keep Mr.Rooter on our vendor list as our preferred plumbing vendor. Mr.Rooter is the type of organization that is a pleasure to do business with—something you don't find often these days. Kudos all around to the Mr.Rooter team.
