Jake is extremely well qualified and efficiently developed a quality plan for installing a 240 Volt outlet for our electric clothes dryer in our new home, which only had a gas connection. . The mistake I made was not discussing the estimated cost, which because of high copper wire prices totaled enough for us to buy a brand new gas dryer. Therefore, we decided not to go ahead with this installation and instead buy a new gas dryer. We were very impressed with the way Jake and the Carter office staff responded. They were very understanding and considerate , and only charged their standard $89 charge for a service call. Wanting to be fair to these wonderful people who truly live Carter’s customer first values, I insisted on paying a little bit more. And they earned a customer for life.
