Angela Gracey
Dustin arrived promptly & was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and provided quotes for several options of repair and/or replacement. Even when he hit a snag or two with the materials he remained calm and deliberate throughout his 6+ hours repairing and replacing parts on several toilets. We'll ask for his assistance whenever we call Hoffman Bros in the future!
